In his role at BHCCRC, Lukas oversees the development and implementation of our Teach Me How to Fish Workforce Development Strategy. He is responsible for the overall design and implementation of the strategy as well as our continuous improvement efforts that help ensure we meet the growing and changing needs of our participants. This includes: Forming and strengthening workforce and educational partnerships to help ensure the success of all of our participants, from training to job placement and beyond; Securing public and private funding to sustain our strategy and BHCCRC as a whole; Coordinating group and individual supports to drive success for each participant, including life coaching, mentoring, resume building, social media presence, expanded educational opportunities and job placement; Recruitment and retention of future and current participants; Ensuring connection to everything we do at The Center, as our holistic, individualized approach includes supporting participants in all aspects of their lives, including their families and support systems.
